easy-on | Liverpool Mutual Homes

Cleaner neighbourhoods make better places to live. When Liverpool Mutual Homes wanted to improve & protect its properties from graffiti attack only easy-on anti graffiti coating would do.

Liverpool Mutual Homes are committed to creating neighbourhoods where tenants want to live and stay. As part of this pledge LMH has begun to revitalise a large proportion of its 15,000 properties. The scope of works is extremely broad with over £300 million earmarked but a large part of the project will be the redecoration and subsequent anti graffiti protection of its properties.

Cleaner neighbourhoods make better places to live.

As in most neighbourhoods graffiti occurs in lots of different places and on all types of surfaces. Walls, ceilings, doors, lamp posts, litter bins and railings all attract the attention of would be graffiti artists so LMH needed a coating that was as versatile as it was effective.

After looking at the options there was one stand out product that ticked all the boxes.

easy-on from Urban Hygiene is a transparent one coat, anti graffiti solution that can be applied over any surface and is proven to last for up to 20 years and clean 100’s of times. This meant LMH wouldn’t have to worry about using different products for different types of surface or buy pots and pots of alternative colours to suite the area being protected. easy-on’s long life and proven clean-ability also meant that LMH could maintain stairwells, corridors, entrance halls and shoot rooms without resorting to inconvenient redecoration and all that disruption that this causes. Now any protected walls simply need a light wipe and any dirt, graffiti or scuffing is instantly gone leaving nothing behind but a clean wall that looks to all intents and purposes as if its just been freshly painted.

This forward thinking on LMH’s behalf will ensure the work they are doing now will still look good in years to come and provide a verifiable return on their investment by eliminating future redecoration. After all – why redecorate a clean, bright and new looking wall?
