easy-on | URBAN HYGIENE LTD
See the facts and understand the savings. Life cycle cost examples.
Look at the savings you could be making:
Schools: Speaking with Schools we know many redecorate around 25% of their wall space every year. Based on this we can calculate the potential achievable savings over a period of 20 years. The formula looks like this:

Redecoration cost x 20 (years) – Redecoration cost + easy-on x 4 (years)
e.g. £20,000 x 20 (years) – £20,000 + £5000 x 4 (years) = £310,000 (saving!)
Graffiti teams: In our experience an anti graffiti coated surface is around 80% faster and cheaper to clean than an uncoated one. If we concentrate on a one hundred square metre area that we know to be a target and assume it’s to be attacked four times per year we can see the savings that the application of easy-on could yield over 20 years*: Graffiti removal cost x 4 x 20 – Graffiti removal cost x 4 x 20 – 80% + easy-on e.g. £1000 x 4 x 20 - £1000 x 4 x 20 – 80% + £200 = £15,800 (saving!)
Housing associations: Picture a tower block with a 10 year redecoration interval. Focusing just on redecoration and average graffiti removal costs we can show a 20 year lifecycle model for savings. nb: an easy-on protected surface is around 80% faster to clean and requires far less chemicals than an uncoated wall.: Redecoration x 2 + annual graffiti removal x 20 – Redecoration x 1 + easy-on + (graffiti removal x 20 – 80%) e.g. £250,000 x 2 + £1000 x 20 - £250,000 + £62,500 + (£1000 x 20 – 80%) = £203,500 (saving)
Clearly this is a simplified exercise but it undoubtedly reveals the potential savings easy-on can make. Process the formulas with your own figures and see the savings for yourself. We’d love to hear your thoughts. *For the purpose of this calculation we assume 1M² costs £10 to clean and 75% of redecoration costs are labour.
